Maya is fascinated with baby Gabby but a little hesitant of all the attention this little one is getting. Isabella is proving to be a wonderful big sister (no surprise there).
We had a full Easter day! Zoe came over for the morning to hang with Maya for a few hours while her mom and dad packed up the house (they just bought a house and are moving at the end of the month). Maya and Zoe are truly the best of friends and it was fun to watch them play around the house.
They really like kissing and blowing kisses to one another.
After nap, we put Maya in her Easter best for the fun Easter party at Aunt Mary's.
The Easter hunt was a blast while Maya searched for her bigs eggs that had toys and playdo in them (with all of her food allergies, the poor girl is pretty limited in her sugar options).
Michael, Wendy, Logan and Bannon joined in the festivities, which thrilled Maya. She spent a good portion of the last week with the boys while Mary watched them. She chases after them throughout the house saying, "GUYS!" Miss bossy was quick to remind them to "shit (sit) down" when they were getting unruly. She also insists that they hold her hand and read to her and the sweet boys that they are, do oblige.

We are soaking up the perfect weather in LA with lots of time at the parks. Maya is mastering the bars.
Painting is the new obsession and she recently discovered she can start finger painting.
The other recent obsession is Chet Baker (no joke). We have a jazz compilation cd for kids and it has a Chet Baker song on it. She first thought it was her Dad for a long time but we assured her it was Chet Baker. Now, she wants to hear Chet Baker all the time and yes, she wants to "give him a hug." Here she is saying his name...
